Up to you really..........how much is a kids ticket? Is it worth the risk of spending that much and not being allowed in? If you are challenged and don't have ID you won't get in unless they let you pay the extra for an adult ticket.

yep if they dont believe that he is a concession they will make him pay extra for an adult ticket.

so football should be for the rich?

it's not a fans fault if he finds himself out of a job is it

buy that reasoning a student should pay full price after all they could get a job to pay for it.

No it should be for everyone.........but unfortunately it is no longer like that.
The clubs........including ours...........don't think like that.

Just to add.........no of course if a fan finds himself redundant it's not his fault but there are also those who choose not to work because they are better off, so are you saying these people should also get cheaper tickets?

And yes.........students could get a job too but it would probably be weekends so they couldn't get to a match anyway!

i would'nt disagree with that.

i just see loads of fans out there that cant afford to go and i think it's wrong that clubs should be able to put such high prices on the game.

i think rules should be implimented that govern prices for all teams .

if the big teams were told you can only charge so much then that will cut hiogh prices out.

this of course does meen capping wages and i dont meen the yuou can only pay wage against profit i meen they can only pay a play so much no matter who he was .

not only will this stop players demanding stupid wages it will dispence with agents.

and thats got to be good for the game.

it swings both ways i menn you would get people borrowing students information to get cheeper tickets as well.

so it comes down to how honest you are realy.

sames happened with my mates , season ticket holders for years and now priced out.

it's a sad day when you forget your most loyal fans in persuit of glory that is probably beyond the other 17 teams in this division.

been to most home games and a lot of away games this season and have been able to afford it as im only 15 and therefore only have to pay concession prices but next season if the ticket prices dont change im really going to struggle to pay for tickets at adult prices as i will be at college full time with no job exept maybe a weekend job. so next year i hope that the ticketing rules do make a change.

I think if you buy the ticket when your 15 you will be fine!! Also many people still get away with concessions when theyre 16

Talkin about concession tickets do u reckon it'd be difficult to get in on a concession at Everton I REALLY wanna go but can't afford the full price ticket only prob is that i'm 20 nd the concessions at evrton are under 16's????
What bout the coach going to everton do ya think they'd make much of a fuss if I got a concession ticket for that??

I would be happy with a compromise at Under 18, student or not.
By law, you are an adult when you reach 18, not 16.
You shouldn't have to pay full price on a bus at 14 either.

I'm sure most of us have done it at some point! I know I have...

But... get a job or if you can't afford to go don't go, spend it on your next meal and don't spend so much on alcohol in the uni bar. :P

Kids of today.

I'm getting old.

I am 48 & last season paid for an adult season ticket & slip in front of book confirmed adult price paid but book was stamped concession.

I didnt notice until near end of season & had ripped out concession slip & handed over in good faith & was never challenged once!

Ah ticket prices my favourite. Other clubs (not naming names but Villa) have capitalised on the student market with a lot of my uni friends chosing to go there last year when they had student tickets.

Blues board do students a favour!
